Big 3 Precision's selection of presses and coil handling equipment, combined with our experienced design and troubleshooting team, allows for the production of quality parts in a timely manner.

TOOLING DESIGN

Big 3 Precision utilizes the latest in AutoCAD and ProE software to design production stamping tools, assembly fixtures and gages. Big 3's engineering staff has years of experience in the automotive, HVAC and appliance industries. Using your specifications, Big 3 can design and manufacture tooling to produce metals at our press facility and ship them to you for your production needs.

METAL STAMPING

Big 3 Precision has numerous Komatsu stamping presses ranging from 60 tons to 400 tons. Bed sizes range up to 61" x 122" with Dallas feeders ranging up to 35" wide. We have the capability of producing stampings on 0.5 mm - 8.0 mm thick material.

Production of metal stampings can be made from your existing tooling, or new tooling designed and manufactured in our state-of-the-art tooling facility.

SECONDARY OPERATIONS

Big 3 Precision has the capability of performing many secondary operations on your metal products. From heavy-duty resistance welding of fasteners to robotic welding of components, Big 3 will meet your requirements and exceed your expectations.
