Big 3 Precision Products has been a supplier of quality Industrial Automation to a variety of industries for years. We work with our client's knowledge of their manufacturing environment, analyze their needs, and provide them with the best solution available. Big 3's ability to address assembly, packaging, process and material handling requirements, combined with our expertise in creating custom solutions, has resulted in the development of equipment that, in many cases, is unique to its field.

DESIGN / MANUFACTURE NEW

Very often our customers can not find a solution to their particular requirements in "off-the-shelf" equipment. When this occurs, our designers call upon their many years of experience in developing unique solutions to industrial problems and processes to develop a machine that is specifically designed for their application. Our designers bring to the table a history of application experience in assembly, material handling, metal treatment / fabrication, vacuum / mechanical gripping, pneumatics / hydraulics, industrial control systems utilizing PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), industrial PCs, and vision systems. We design with commercially available components where possible, and design and fabricate unique components to best address the customer's need when necessary. We work with our client's preferences on components and brands as much as possible to help reduce demand on their maintenance inventory and to maintain hardware familiarity with their maintenance personnel. We also apply our experience in special processes and environmental conditions such as temperature extremes and chemical considerations to provide the best overall solution.

MODIFY / UPDATE EXISTING EQUIPMENT

Often a customer has existing equipment, or has purchased used equipment, that is basically sound and applicable to their process. However, the equipment may have outdated drives or control systems. They may also require modifications that will allow them to meet current needs. Big 3 Precision will work with clients to determine necessary control and mechanical upgrades that will allow the equipment to meet the customer's current operational needs and standards.

PRODUCT SUPPORT

Big 3 Precision provides documentation, operation manuals, and application programming on all the machinery it builds. We offer follow-up service and support as required, and can provide operation and maintenance training if needed.
