BLOW MOLD TOOLING SERVICE & SUPPORT

Our testing facilities free up your personnel and production equipment. This full service capability provides our customers with a totally integrated project. Upon delivery of tooling our staff of experienced process technicians and engineers can be available for assistance in start up through first article inspection to process capability studies to ensure that all production and quality requirements are met.

BIG 3 provides extensive support and assistance to customers in all aspects of Injection Blow and Injection Stretch Blow Molding.

PROCESS SUPPORT

In-field process support is included with all new tool start-ups for both ISMB and IBM complete tool sets. BIG 3's personnel is also available for process support and tooling troubleshooting for tooling BIG 3 did not produce.
